This Privacy Policy describes how WOLF SCALING LIMITED, trading as Vestalla (“Vestalla”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit vestalla.com (the “Site”), buy from us, or contact us. Vestalla is a trading name of WOLF SCALING LIMITED, a limited company registered in Hong Kong under company number 78825658, with its registered office at 366 - 375 Queen’s Road Central, Unit 1603, 16/F, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Our warehouse is located at 2809 Edenvale Road, Johns Island, SC 29455, USA. For the purposes of U.S. state privacy laws we act as the “business” or “controller” of the personal information described here.

1. Personal Information We Collect

In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, account details.
  • Commercial information: products viewed, added to your cart and purchased, order history, returns and support conversations.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Internet and device information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring site, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Approximate location: derived from your IP address or delivery address.
  • Communications: messages, photos and other information you send us.

5. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Like most online stores, we use cookies and similar technologies from advertising and analytics partners that may collect identifiers, device information and browsing activity, and that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or “targeted advertising” under some state laws. In the last 12 months we have made identifiers, commercial information and internet activity available to advertising and analytics partners for these purposes. You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, through the cookie banner, or by using a browser opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honour as a valid request to opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no common standard, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals other than as described above.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Order records are generally kept for at least 6 years; marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe; analytics data is kept for a limited period.

Email info@vestalla.com with the subject “Privacy Request”, or call +1 (240) 874-7737, and tell us which right you wish to exercise. To protect your information we will verify your identity by matching details you provide with those we hold (for example the email address and order number). You may use an authorised agent, in which case we may ask for proof of authority. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by a further 45 days where permitted, and will tell you). If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal”; we will respond to appeals within 60 days and, if your state provides for it, you may contact your state attorney general if you are not satisfied. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

10. California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request information about the personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

11. Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails and text messages only with your consent. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may reply STOP to any text message. Transactional messages about your order are not marketing and will continue.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where state law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. International Transfers

WOLF SCALING LIMITED is based in Hong Kong, our warehouse is in the United States and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you use the Site from the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in Hong Kong and other countries, where we apply appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date and, where the changes are material, take additional steps to notify you where required by law.
